As requested by I need to write a new journal.

I've been way busy with school so not much submitting going on these days so I've been 'lurking'.

Anyways, today in Chemistry (last period), I finished the first side of our worksheet and then went over to the window and completely lost myself in my thoughts (its a really good way of wasting time ). The day was quite pleasant with the sun shining, crisp air and I also had perfect view of the mountains (which are now covered with snow). Over head not one cloud was to be seen so I saw an airliner jet fly overhead with it leaving a really long contrail. The sun's rays hitting the contrails was a truly wonderful site. Definitely a day that I wish i wasn't stuck in school.

One of my pictures was also featured in the journal of I would really like to thank her for selecting it . She also asked me what I find special about it so I responded with my best answer. The other art featured is utter class (especially the digital art) so I kind of feel out of place but it makes me proud of what i've done (even though i think that my gallery is kind of crap)

I just recently bought a Nikon D40x. So for its a dream come true. I've been experimenting with my fathers macro lens (which isn't digital so i have to set everything myself). I've been taking pictures of places that have been really close to home and hopefully the upcoming weekend will change that. I might even wake up really early to get some good sunrise pictures even though i absolutely HATE waking up early xD

So maybe i'll submit some nature pictures (which i like a lot) on the weekend. Hopefully I'll get some good shots...

I'm FINALLY back. even though it was only 5 days, lol. Climbing a mountain is one of the hardest things I've ever done. As we ascended every step became tedious, muscles give up and my group went crazy, (we were singing Bohemian Rhapsody!). As we got to the summit everything was so beautiful with valleys and mountains all around us. All our shoes got unbelievably soaked, and in the snow our feet felt like rocks and we literally didn't have any feeling left in them. Sleeping on the snow was also horrible. We barely slept the two nights we were out, just 'cause we were always on snow, (even when we were sleeping). All our eyes were red by the end of the trip (I still do!) But now looking back upon the trip I feel so proud to have done what I did there. I slept like a little baby last night, with my bed feeling like it had come from a five star hotel. Right now I feel a little too comfortable (even if it's not possible). I love my home <3

It's time for the yearly camping trip with my class, it's gonna be crazy. I chose Hiking and we might have the option of summiting a mountain, hopefully nobody will get hurt along the way. Planning on taking my camera, and i'll upload all the best pics. I'm so relieved we're gonna go somewhere since life has gotten unbelievably boring (this'll give me a reason to refresh myself from the average day). I'll be gone five days, hopefully they'll be the best days of this school season (they can only get better). Hopefully I won't trip and fall down the side of the mountain *crosses fingers*.

Looks like i should submit an entry. Well I've been working on a lot of projects but doing so many has slowed me down a lot as I can't concentrate on one. I've submitted one of my drawings but it's still under development. I would also like to thank all the people who've made me feel like it's home here at DA.
